For this intershow news #2 we have an interview with the Road Bike Rider's Fred Matheny. Fred and Ed Pavelka, the big guys at Road Bike Rider, will take part in the Elite Tour for a grueling 2833 miles across the U.S. in just 17 days (with no rest days!). Although it was not possible for Ed to be with us at the interview, Fred fill us with the details of this epic ride as well as other details and training advice that apply to our touring way of life.
